Food Access Resource Fair

Tufts Health Plan has generously provided a sponsorship for this inaugural program, which will bring together all the amazing resources that help our Cape Cod neighbors address issues of food insecurity and nutrition. 

This will be an amazing opportunity to help families connect with resources from all over the Cape in one place and in a supportive and fun environment.
