1. Thai Peanut Noodle Salad – Rice noodles tossed in a creamy peanut butter sauce, served with shredded carrots, red, cabbage, and topped with peanuts, scallions, and black sesame seeds $18

2. Roasted Eggplant Bowl – Greek spiced, roasted eggplant, chickpeas, roasted, white, and sweet potatoes, served with a Dijon, lemon, cashew sauce, and watermelon rind pickles $19
3. Turnip Latke Bowl – Lightly spiced turnip latkes with roasted zaatar spiced parsnips, and a white bean and tomato chutney, served with a black sesame seed dressing $20
